What happens after you ask
No surprises. Here's the order things happen in, from the first call to the weekly visit that follows.

The office calls you back
Tell us about the home or office, the size, and how often you'd like a visit. The office team talks it through with you by phone and gives you a free estimate.

A rough estimate, adjusted after service
The first number you hear is a rough estimate. It's adjusted after the cleaning, once the team has seen the home and how it's lived in.

The first visit is a one-time deep clean
Before scheduled service begins, the team does a deep clean behind the furniture, under the beds, on top of the fridge and along the interior doors. Plan on a four-hour minimum.

Then your regular schedule, with the same team
After that comes weekly or bi-weekly service, and the same team typically comes each time. They learn your home and where everything goes.
Before your first visit
A few small things that help the team do the whole list on day one.
Getting in
You don't need to be home. If you won't be, tell the office how the team should get in, whether that's a key or a door code.
What's in and what's out
Tell us what you want included and what to leave alone. Anything past stepladder reach, about 12 to 15 feet, isn't covered, since the teams don't carry ladders.
Beds
Want the beds made fresh? Leave clean sheets out and the team will change the linens.
Supplies and pets
Recurring customers provide the supplies. For a one-time cleaning, we can bring products for $45 and rags for $15. If a pet would get in the way, please crate them for the visit.
