One-time deep clean
Deep house cleaning in the MetroWest
The clean that resets a lived-in home: behind the furniture, under the beds and up on top of the fridge.
Chapter 01
What a deep clean adds
A deep clean covers everything in SC's regular checklist, then goes where a routine visit doesn't have the time to. That means behind the furniture, under the beds, the top of the fridge and the interior doors, plus more detailed work in the kitchen and bathrooms and extra attention on baseboards, blinds and the high-dust spots.
It's done in furnished homes where you live, so the team works around your things rather than in an empty shell. It is the right service for a family home in Framingham, Sudbury or Newton that has simply gone too long between professional visits. One customer, J Sawicka, said of her deep clean that the ladies were so detailed “we spent weeks amazed at all the little crevices that were now spotless.”

When a deep clean is the right call
The most common reason is the first one: a deep clean is required before scheduled weekly or bi-weekly service begins, and that first visit is where the team learns the house. After that, it makes sense when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in three months or longer, after a renovation, or ahead of the holidays. Parents getting ready for a new baby often start here too.
Sometimes the timing isn't a choice. erin darcy booked a deep clean when her house had been in shambles since a hospital stay, and wrote that the team “made sure i had a non stressful environment to get better in.” Ethan Gordon needed his father's condo on the market quickly and wrote that “SC Cleaning came in and did a deep cleaning. The place looked brand new afterwards.” They also fit him in on short notice.
On how often to repeat it, the usual advice is every three to six months, and sooner for families with children, homes with pets, allergy sufferers or heavy daily traffic. Smaller households that keep up a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning can often wait longer between deep cleans.
Chapter 03
Before you book: the practical details
The first cleaning is a minimum of four hours. One-time customers pay $45 for cleaning products and $15 for rags; recurring customers provide their own. You can be home or not, as long as the team has a way in. Pets are fine, and a crate helps if they're in the way. If you want the beds made, leave the sheets out. Rough estimates come from the details you give and may be adjusted after the work is finished.
There's one limit on reach. Areas beyond a stepladder, roughly 12 to 15 feet, aren't included, and only extendable dusters are used up there, because the staff don't carry ladders. If you want those spots done and have a ladder available, say so ahead of time. From Framingham out to Norfolk, Walpole or Medfield, call (508) 816-6286 for a free same-day estimate.
