The house with nothing in it
Move-in and move-out cleaning at SC Cleaning Services is built for empty homes. In the company’s own words: “We clean old homes after your furniture is taken out & new homes before your furniture arrives.” That one sentence sets the whole job. The crew works in rooms with nothing to move around, so the cabinets, closets and floors can be reached end to end.
The timing is the point in Framingham, Ashland, Holliston, Medfield and Walpole, where a closing date or the end of a lease rarely leaves much slack. If you’re moving out, the visit comes after the truck pulls away. If you’re moving in, it happens before the first box comes through the door. Either way you spend moving day on the move itself, not on a bucket and a sponge.

Inside every cabinet, closet and the oven
The full service list reads like a walk-through with every light on. Inside the cabinets and inside the closets. Countertops and baseboards. The doors, front and sliding. Cobwebs come down, window sills get wiped, and the blinds and light fixtures are cleaned too.
The bathroom is cleaned in full. Carpet is vacuumed, floors are vacuumed and washed, and the windows are done on the inside. The oven and the fridge are included where the home has them, and they are the two jobs most people dread at the end of a move.
A few things sit outside that list and carry an extra fee: a toys declutter, sweeping the garage, the porch and deck, outside windows, professional carpet cleaning, and cleaning supplies and rags. SC doesn’t publish prices, so ask for the cost of any add-on when you call (508) 816-6286.
