One-Time Deep Cleaning
Made for furnished homes where you live. It adds what a regular visit leaves alone: behind the furniture, under the beds, the top of the fridge and the interior doors. The first cleaning runs a minimum of four hours.

Housekeeping
Daily touch-ups, not a regular clean. Laundry washed and folded, dishes loaded or hand washed, groceries unpacked, closets and cabinets organized, clutter picked up. You provide the supplies.
Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
For empty homes. Inside the cabinets and closets, the oven and the fridge. Old homes are cleaned after the furniture goes out, new homes before it arrives.

Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction, also called steam cleaning, with natural products on the FDA Generally Recognized as Safe list. Keep pets and babies out of the room until the carpet is dry.

Commercial Cleaning
Office cleaning from the same insured, supervised crews. One client said their office deep clean “refreshed the whole thing.” Estimates come by phone or form, with no published rates.

A regular visit can be adjusted to your budget and what you want done. Each of these carries an extra fee, so call the office for the cost.

On supplies: for one-time cleanings the team can bring the products for $45, and rags for $15. Recurring clients provide all of their own.

Standard certificates come in those three amounts, and any balance is forwarded. Tailored certificates can be loaded with whatever amount you choose.
